Key Responsibilities:
Camera Operation: Operate various professional camera systems (Studio, EFP, and ENG) for live broadcasts, taped programs, dramas, and news segments.
Visual Composition: Execute precise framing, angles, and movements based on the Director's or Program Director's (PD) creative vision.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the lighting and audio departments to ensure seamless technical integration and high-quality output.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shoot checks and ensure all camera gear and accessories are maintained in top working condition.
On-Field Adaptability: Manage camera setups in diverse environments, ranging from controlled studio sets to fast-paced outdoor locations.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Broadcasting, Communications, Film, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Camera Person in the television or production house industry. (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cinematography, lens characteristics, lighting basics, and hands-on experience with professional camera brands (e.g., Sony, Panasonic, or ARRI).
Soft Skills: Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused under the pressure of live production.
Flexibility: Physically fit and willing to work irregular hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per production needs.
